Doughnut wheels

Some people out there have some really fantastic ideas. Lorraine, who writes blog Ikatbag, is one of them. When I came across these amazing wooden doughnuts that she’d made I just had to share them. Most of us would see wooden wheels for toys as wooden wheels for toys. But Lorraine saw them as doughnuts! And so got her children involved in a craft to make them. And they look awesome!

I want to make some myself! Love the different coloured doughs and icing and sprinkles. You could have so much fun painting these with your children. For all the info head on over to this post on her blog and then explore the rest of it, you’ll be glad you did.

Donuts & Doilies

I’ve featured several parties for little ones now but if you have a little one that’s fast becoming big then your average children’s party just won’t work! So how about this adorable Donuts & Doilies party, created for baker Jeannie’s daughter’s 11th birthday? Perfectly pretty for girls without being too young, I just love the kawaii illustration style and the soft pastel palette…

Cute!

What’s even better is that if you love this idea you can buy a party pack of printables created by Paper Glitter that is less than £10 and features a long list of accessories to print out. Discover them all here alongside many more adorable printable party packs :)
