And, just before I go, I need to share a story that I was reminded of whilst thinking about families donning the same clothes… the story of Donald & Nancy Featherstone from Massachusetts who have dressed alike for 32 of the 36 years they’ve been married. Read it! It’s adorable :)

Screenprinted baby bibs and other adorable attire

Manchester-based Nell Smith makes stupidly adorable baby wear! She screenprints all the garments by hand and can even personalise them to include your child’s name. With cute hats, baby bibs and mini T-shirts all coming in at under £20 these would be a perfect gift for a newborn too. And if you want one yourself (like I do) Nell also welcomes custom orders. Yay!

Cute Care Bears Hoodie

Do you remember the Care Bears? As an eighties child, it was a classic cartoon of my time. I had Care Bears toys, and even the sticker album! So when I saw this adorable hooded top over on Paspel Poezen I loved it…

Care Bears Hoodie DIY

And I think this would make for quite a simple, inexpensive DIY project. You could buy a plain hooded top, from a shop such as H&M or Primark, and then attach some felt ears and felt shapes to the tummy.

The difficult part is choosing which Care Bear you want your little one to be!
