Little Monde - Nursery prints

Always on the search for gorgeous accessories for the girls’ bedrooms, I came across Little Monde, which is an Etsy shop selling beautiful nursery prints. My favourites are these which use pages from vintage French books to add detail and texture - which has such a lovely effect. These would look gorgeous in any little girl’s bedroom, but I could especially see them in a French-themed room.

I love the details and the mixture of mediums. Check out Little Monde on Etsy to see these and the rest of their delightful offerings!

Nursery prints from Olivia Sticks With Layla

Olivia Sticks With Layla is a children’s illustration shop inspired by classic children’s storybooks and Claire’s children – Olivia and Layla!

“Olivia sticks with Layla” is the brand new range of illustrations I have created for children. I used to draw constantly as a child and went on to be a fashion illustrator. I then left that world behind to become a mother. However I just love drawing, and liked to document the little things my daughters get up to day to day. They are so sweet I just love to capture their childhood moments using a classic storybook art style.

A lot of friends and family who saw this work asked for copies of the illustrations to frame in their own little ones rooms as they couldn’t find anything quite like the work I was doing, so encouraged me to make my illustrations into something bigger.

Hence “Olivia sticks with Layla” was born (named after my two daughters). I have just started selling a small selection of prints on Not on the High Street and offer a service where you can personalise the prints to reflect your own children. It’s like being a character in your own story book!”

You can find more of Claire’s lovely prints on Not on the High Street and Etsy.
