Sweet citrus stuff for Vitamin C Day

Next Friday, April 4th, is Vitamin C Day. Yep, it appears there is a ‘day’ for everything!

In fact, Wednesday even marked ‘Make up your own holiday day’! Perhaps it’s because of that invention we have so many other days such as Vitamin C Day! Anyway, enough waffling on…

I decided to get creative with a round up inspired by Vitamin C Day, and instead of bringing you fruit ideas I thought I’d bring you sweet citrus-inspired stuff instead!

Like so…

Awesome stuff (from top to bottom and left to right):

  •
Lemon crochet toy from Little Sweet Candy Shop
  •
Citrus fruit pack from Tea Fueled Shenanigans
  •
Cupcake toppers from Naissance
  •
Citrus Tree fabric from Pink Door Fabrics
  •
Satsuma hat from A Cheery Chicken
  •
Citrus stamp from Japanese Rubber Stamps
  •
Pillowcase dress & bloomer set from Sweet Magnolia June
  •
Citrus hair-clips from Punky Punkin Creations
  •
Citrus pillows from Winter Petals
  •
Nursery wall art from Lilly La Manch

Cute right?!

Although perhaps not as beneficial to your kids’ Vitamin C levels. So just be sure to throw some actual fruit into the mix whilst they’re playing with the cute fake fruit stuff ;)

Pink & tangerine nursery

If you’re not one for all that pastel nonsense (which actually isn’t nonsense at all I’m just trying to pitch this post to ya) then you’ll love the bright and bold choices in today’s nursery. Hot pink and tangerine aren’t often a colour combo you see a baby girl rocking in her nursery but that’s just what Baby Blake’s doing!

The reason her nursery’s so cool? I’m pretty sure it will have a lot to do with her stylish mum: Melody of Sweet & Saucy. And if you’ve never heard of Sweet & Saucy then you’re in for another treat after admiring these nursery pictures. Just click here :)

A small space

Today’s room design is fascinating as it makes amazing use of a very small space (I grew up in the teeniest bedroom known to man so I love looking at rooms like this!) The bed is ‘floating’ to maximize on floor space and give enough room for a desk area and a walk-in wardrobe. And the stairs up to the bed are also shelves for storage. Ingenious! On top of it being so practical it also looks very contemporary and very cool…

Heidi is the mother of impeccable taste behind this fab room for her daughter Alberte. You can see her blog by clicking here. Heidi’s husband is a carpenter which I’m sure helped in creating this superb space. But you can always hire carpenters right? ;)
